I have a suggestion I'd like to make for the Power Slide Pro. It would be great if you could set up the individual galleries as menu items so that when a view selected a particular gallery from a menu, it would go directly to that gallery instead of viewing all and needing to select it.

Great Idea! I think implementing more flexibility in the menu links is important, and will keep it in mind for the upcoming release, thanks for your thoughts...

re: pmccarty14's suggestion regarding menu items being able to select a gallery - this can be achieved in the new version of Power Slide Pro 1.3.1.

Power Slide Pro 1.3.1 has been officially released.

Here are the changes:
M - Fixed initial image popping up when Multiple Galleries is set to Yes.
M - Fixed common error "Fatal error: Cannot redeclare imagearraygallery()..."
C - Display module in menu link correctly coded - When creating a Power Slide Module Layout menu item link under Parameters (basic) there will be a drop down where you can select the Power Slide Display Module you would have setup in the Module Manager.
C - Added Multi-Upload and Create Content tool - Now you can upload your images using the Multi Upload tool or you can FTP your images to [site name]/images/powerslide/tmp/ and use the Multi Upload tool to create content/images for the Power Slide Pro Admin Method.

We will be sending out links for this version release to be available for download to the last 50 or so customers so if you did not receive an email from us just pop us a mail: support[at]themejoomla.com.

Thank you to everyone for your patience on this release and I am sure it will put a huge smile on a lot of people's faces

I purchased the pro version because i think it's the best gallery. i will use it on the font page as the main component of my site. i have hundreds of drawings on different themes and i will also put them in articles.
One thing is not ok: the component doesn't separate the galleries in subfolders.
It would not only be a logical separation, but also a increase in flexibility . i will be able to put in articles other galleries like vsig (which takes all images from a single folder) and it would be much easier to upload via ftp and quickly find a certain file. As a user i need this badly, i believe others too. if it's not too complicate, please try to create this feature.
I can't wait to see the 2.0 release.
all the best

Hello, glad you like our gallery!

So what you are saying is you want to be able to specify a folder for each setup gallery in the admin component? So that when you add images to a setup gallery it opens and reads from that folder?

Because when you setup images in a gallery (using the admin component) you can navigate to a folder you have created, and FTP your images into that folder...
